We perform home inspections Monday through Friday, morning and afternoon. A typical job takes
approximately three hours, and ideally, we would like you to join our inspector at the conclusion
of the inspection for a discussion of the findings. We will go over the written report with you,
accompany you on a walk around of the property to view areas of interest or concern, and also
orient you to such things as furnace filters, main water shut off location, etc.
We start a morning inspection at 8:30am, finishing at 11:30am. An afternoon inspection starts at 2:00pm, and finishes at 5:00pm. Remember, though you are welcome to attend the entire inspection, it is most important that you come at the end, either 11:30am or 5:00pm, for the discussion of your inspection - usually 30 to 45 minutes.
